How do I see how many times I picked up my iPhone today?

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Screen Time.
3. Tap See All Activity. At the top, switch from Day to Week to see a real average, not one unusual day.
4. Scroll down to Pickups. You will see how many times you picked up the phone, and which app you opened first.

If you don't see numbers, Screen Time may be off. Turn it on, and the count starts from today.
