How do I see how many times I opened my Android phone today?
Short answerSettings → Digital Wellbeing & parental controls → Show more → times opened. Menu names vary a little between phone makers.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
- Tap Show more under the daily summary circle. Each app shows how many times opened, and the overall total is on the main dashboard.
On some phones the feature has a different name. Search Settings for "Digital Wellbeing" or "screen time".
